We were looking for a qualified builder to project manage a tricky piece of work for us. We wanted someone who was an experienced builder and who had high standards when it came to the finished product. Vine from Podium Builders was recommended to us by a friend who was also a builder. He had worked with Vine on several projects previously and was impressed with the standard and quality of his work.After engaging Vine, our project was subsequently completed within the agreed timeframe and to the high standard that we expected. Vine has been excellent to work with, his communication over the past months has been excellent, and he was well planned and organised throughout. He managed the project from end to end, from meetings with the structural engineer through to us achieving the Code of Compliance with the local Council. Vine’s input into the design and planning phase improved the final outcome and saved us money as well.He has great relationships with other tradesmen and made some excellent recommendations from the engineering company, painters, plasterers and the electrician.Vine is now our builder of choice and we highly recommend him to anyone looking to build or renovate.

Professional and well executed job. Transformed my tired wee 1950s cottage with a bright modern new kitchen and bathroom. Changed a dull patch of gravel outside to a stunning and useful deck, complete with vege gardens and clothes line . Helpful advice, clear communication , and excellent workmanship. We had the pleasure of dealing with Vine recently where he built and installed a new Laundry & Entrance cabinetry for us. He was prompt, friendly and most importantly the work was to a very high standard! I would highly recommended Vine and being in a similar trade I am careful who I recommend.
